    The Foodservice Business Manager is responsible for partnering with the Sysco team to drive sales and a positive customer experience.  This position collaborates with other Sales and Channel team members to deliver results with regards to service level.  This individual communicates with multiple levels of leadership internally and at the customer level.


    As the Foodservice Business Manager you will be responsible for the following:

    Provide exemplary support to internal and external team members


    Drive efficiencies through process gap analysis and business reviews

    Collaborate with Foodservice team and cross-functional groups in order to recommend departmental initiatives        
    Actively participate in internal team and customer meetings        
    Manage inventory and partner with field sales team to determine solutions to limit distressed products        
    Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in Inventory Management, Service Platforms, and Supply Chain processes        
    Complete root cause analysis and resolve service level issues impacting on-time delivery to customers        
    Complete business reviews for brokers and distribution houses        


    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in foodservice customer service
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to function at a high level within a team environment
    • Ability to work independently and with individuals from multiple disciplines and varied levels of experience
    • Ability to excel in a fast pace environment where change and growth are a part of the culture
    • Strong excel and system skills
    • Strong problem solving and attention to detail
