The Retail Business Management Intern is responsible for aiding in the development of trade and account planning activities for the Retail Sales Department
•Selling –Developing market insights and selling tools to assist sales team in meeting sales objectives with assigned customers. •Administration – Assist in the building and maintenance of customer trade plans, forecasting and contract management for assigned customers
•Communicate – Assist in building power points and presentations around customer initiatives and results to the CFG leadership and cross functional departments as well as sales presentations for the trade. •Planning and Organization – Review Customer performance vs. KPIs and make recommendations regarding go forward strategies
• Experience or education in Food Marketing preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive and optimistic outlook that inspires confidence and trust •Ability to work in a highly organized fashion
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and general connectivity of laptops and mobile devices
