Our Leadership Development training program provides exposure to the inner workings of our Marketing and Customer Solutions center. Get ready to put your education and skills to work; you will be given the opportunity to interact with all facets of the business on day one.
The first 90 days will give you a broad overview of the variety of areas within our Customer Solutions center which includes:
Review our products, how they are made, and the technical aspects behind product management.
Working with the team to better understand the day-to-day needs of the customer.
Participate in branding, product launch and/or other brand and category management projects.
Evaluate effectiveness of promotions, new product launches and overall strategies by using internal tools and databases.
Participate in Customer Solutions teams, organized to execute an individualized plan for each customer in both Retail and Foodservice markets.
The second 90 days will include more specific training in one of these defined areas of Customer Solutions, depending on the team members skill set and the area of greatest need. Upon reaching the 6 month mark of employment, the team member will then be placed into a permanent position within the defined area.
