Responsibilities and Duties:

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in phone screens and helping to identify potential candidates
  • Assist in building pipelines and adding candidates from social media networks and other external resources
  • Assist in the development of communication materials for engagement with pipeline candidates
  • Ensure the candidate experience is positive from the phone screen to the panel interview through all communications and in-person interactions

Social Media

  • Create and publish social media content with a goal of high engagement for Clemens Food Group and Country View Family Farms
  • Monitor and respond to comments and questions
  • Research best practices in social media and apply to our platforms
  • Identify key influencers and engage with them

Event Planning

  • Assist with coordinating special events as assigned
  • Assist with executing event day activities
  • Run various errands related to event planning

Public Relations

  • Drafting and editing copy for press releases, newsletters and media materials 
  • Tracking all press coverage, clipping press hits and creating monthly press hit reports

Talent Development

  • Assist with uploading learning plans to learning management system
  • Assist with scheduling of training classes
  • Assist with tracking of completed trainings to learning management system



  • Current enrollment in a 2- or 4-year college working toward an associate or bachelor degree, entering their junior or senior year
  • Human Resources or Business Management major preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
