The Talent Acquisition Manager is a highly visible position responsible for overseeing sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new talent to meet our company’s current and future needs. A high degree of collaboration with all areas of the business is required. The manager will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to establish and drive overall Talent Acquisition strategies. Key responsibilities will include:


  • Set expectations for recruitment team (HR Business Partners, Sourcing Specialists)
  • Defining hiring process and reevaluate/update as needed
  • Stay up to date on current best hiring practices and implementing new practices as needed
  • Track 30 Day non-exempt and 90 day exempt turnover and provide feedback to internal teams
  • Coach affected hiring managers in recruitment best practices
  • Stay up to date with new or changing labor laws and communicate to internal team
  • Oversee management of job boards contracts
  • Define budgetary requirements and hold team accountable
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Hold direct reports accountable to established metrics for success
  • Participate in special projects per the needs of the organization
  • Participate in cross functional teams




Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, production or manufacturing
  • Degree from four year college or university required, Human Resources preferred
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, and general connectivity of laptops and mobile devices
